Freddie's Statue

It’s not advisable to ride your bike all the way up to the statue.
Montreux was the adopted home of Freddie Mercury, where he spent his final days, and where you can now find this beautiful statue by the shores of Lake Geneva.
Interestingly, when I sat next to the statue, gazing over the lake, I couldn’t help but hum the chords of Smoke on the Water.
