Veyo Pies
Delicious fresh baked pies. Comfortable outdoor seating. Veyo Pies is a legendary, family-owned bakery located in the small town of Veyo, Utah, approximately 20 miles north of St. George. Known as a "hidden gem" with a cult-like following, it is famous for its handmade fruit and cream pies that draw visitors from across the globe. The Pie Selection The bakery offers a wide variety of flavors, often featuring up to 24 different types available whole or by the slice. Signature "Veyo Volcano" Pie: Their most famous creation, named after the nearby volcanic cinder cone. It features a graham cracker crust with layers of sweet cream cheese, butterscotch, and chocolate, topped with whipped cream. Fruit Pies: Highly rated options include Strawberry Rhubarb, Raspberry Rhubarb, Blackberry, Peach, and Apple. Cream Pies: Popular choices include Banana Cream (often cited as a favorite), Coconut Cream, and Sour Cream Lemon. Savory & Other Treats: They are also well-known for their Chicken Pot Pies (available fresh or frozen) and serve BBQ (including brisket and ribs) on Fridays and Saturdays..Atmosphere & Experience The Shop: It is a quaint, "hole-in-the-wall" style bakery with a very small interior. Due to its size, indoor seating is extremely limited, but there are outdoor picnic tables for customers. Popularity: It is common to encounter long lines, especially on weekends or during tourist seasons. Many customers drive over an hour specifically to pick up multiple pies. Availability: Because everything is handmade fresh daily, they frequently sell out of popular flavors before the end of the day. For specific flavors or whole pies, it is highly recommended to call and order at least 24 hours in advance.Location & Nearby Attractions The bakery is situated at a main intersection in Veyo, right across from the Veyo Pool and Crawdad Canyon Resort. It is a popular pit stop for those visiting Snow Canyon State Park or Gunlock State Park. Hours: Mon-Sat 10am - 6pm / Sun noon - 5pm(435) 574-2132veyopies@gmail.com

Neptune's Net
For over half a century, Neptune's Net has been a special part of history. In 1956, NASA aerodynamicist, Eastman Jacobs, retired and started the restaurant across a beautiful County line beach in Malibu, California. The original building has not changed and is currently the site of the "restaurant side." Over the decades, the "seafood side" and the outdoor patio area were added, but the place has still kept its historic flare. Come hang out amongst other tourists, locals, celebrities, families, beach-goers, surfers, hikers, foodies, exotic car clubs, motorcycles, and bicyclists! Enjoy some fish and beer and view the epic waves in the Pacific Ocean. You deserve it!
